The use of the website implies full acceptance of the clauses and terms of the rules described hereafter. These conditions may be amended or augmented at any time, thus the users of the website are advised to check them regularly.

The site is normally accessible to the users at any time. 

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or for any other reason decided by FLEX SENSE SAS. It will endeavour to give users prior notice of this.

The website is regularly updated by Emmanuel PARLIER – Similarly, legal notices can be modified at any time: it is still binding on the users, who is therefore advised to consult it as often as possible in order to be aware of any changes


3. Description of services provided

The purpose of the website is to provide with information about the activities of the company.

FLEX SENSE SAS tries to supply on the website information as accurate as possible. However, he cannot be held responsible of the omissions, inaccuracies and errors in the updates, whether of its own doing or of that of partner third parties providing the information concerned.


All indicated information on the website is provided indicatively and is likely to evolve. Moreover, the information on the internet site are not exhaustive. It is subject to any amendments that may have been introduced since it was put online.


4. Contractual limitations on the technical data

The website uses the JavaScript technology.

The website cannot be held for responsible in case of material damage related to the use of the website. In addition, the website user is bound to access the website using recent materials with no virus and with an updated and modern browser.


5. Intellectual property and counterfeits

FLEX SENSE SAS is the owner of the intellectual property or can exploit the rights it holds to the various elements available on the website, including but not limited to text, images, logo, illustrations, software, audio and video clips.

Any reproduction, representation, amendment, publication, adaptation, may they be partial or on the whole website, by any means or process is strictly forbidden, unless former written permission from FLEX SENSE SAS.

Any unauthorised exploitation of the website or of any of its components will be considered as a counterfeit and might lead to legal action pursuant to article L. 225-209 and seq. of the Commercial Code. 



6. Limitations


In no event shall FLEX SENSE SAS be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user materials while accessing, either due to using hardware that does not meet the specifications stated in point 4, or due to a bug or incompatibility.


FLEX SENSE SAS cannot be held responsable neither for indirect damages like loss of data or profit, loss of a new market or any opportunity whatsoever, resulting from the use of the website


Interactive forms (ability to ask questions on the Contact page) are available to users. FLEX SENSE SAS reserves the right to delete without prior formal notice, any content that contravenes the laws in force in France, in particular, the provisions related to data protection.


If required, FLEX SENSE SAS also reserves the right to question the civil and criminal responsabilités of the user, notably in case of any message with racist, pornographic, violent, abusive or paedophilic content, whatever the support used (text, images and so on). 



7. Dealing with personal data


In France, personal data are protected with the law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, the law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, the article 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995


Any person accessing the website agrees that the following will be collected: the Internet URL address of the links through which the user reached the, the service provider, the internet Protocol Address.

In any case, FLEX SENSE SAS collects personal information related to the user only for the needs of the services offered by the website The user provides these information with full knowledge of the evidence, in particular when he or she provides such information willingly. It is then specified to the user of the site the compulsory character or not of the information which he or she is asked to provide.


In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq of the law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 related to Information Technology, Files and Civil Liberties, any user has the right to access, modify and oppose his or her own personal data. In order to do so, a written and signed request must be sent, together with a copy of his or her identity document, stating his or her address for a response.


No personal information is collected, published or disclosed freely or for payment without the user's consent. Only the hypothesis of the buyback of the company FLEX SENSE SAS and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the purchaser who would be held in his turn by the same obligation of preservation and of modification of the data concerning the user of the website.




Aucune information personnelle de l'utilisateur du site n'est publiée à l'insu de l'utilisateur, échangée, transférée, cédée ou vendue sur un support quelconque à des tiers. Seule l'hypothèse du rachat de FLEX SENSE SAS et de ses droits permettrait la transmission des dites informations à l'éventuel acquéreur qui serait à son tour tenu de la même obligation de conservation et de modification des données vis à vis de l'utilisateur du site


The website is not registered to the CNIL as it does not collect personal information.


The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1st July 1998 transposing European Directive 96/9 date 11 March 1996 in respect of the legal protection of databases



8. Hyperlinks and cookies


The website contains a certain amount of hypertext links redirecting to other websites, these were set up with the permission of FLEX SENSE SAS. Still FLEX SENSE SAS is not enabled to check the content of website visited in this way and consequently will not accept any responsibility in this regard.



The navigation on the website can cause the installation of cookie(s) on the user’s personal computer. A cookie is a file of a small size, it doesn’t allow the identification of the user, but it records information related to the navigation of a personal computer on a website. The resulted data collected aims at easing the navigation on the website on a next visit, and also enable the various measurements of the website’s frequentation.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the commune of La Roche sur Yon.
